How to receive Jesus as your Savior
Choosing to receive Jesus as your Savior is the most important decision you will ever make.
Romans 10:9-10 says “that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”
Romans 10:13 says that “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.” By His grace, God has already done everything to provide salvation. Your part is simply to believe and receive.
Pray out loud, “Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus. I realize that I am lost without You. I thank You that You provided salvation for me. I confess Jesus as my Lord and Savior and I submit my life to His authority. I believe in my heart that You raised Him from the dead and that He is alive today. By faith in Your Word, I receive salvation now. Thank You for saving me!”
